Training provided on-site or remotely
Instead of going to a classroom or training center, you can do your learning right at your own desk. Learning research actually shows that our brains localize information using the physical setting as part of the context, so this makes it more likely that you'll be able to use what you learn. We can send a trainer to your home/office or we can do training remotely (these days, this is by far the more popular option). All you need is internet access to get computer tutoring from us!

Feel like you're one of those people who just "doesn't understand technology"? That's probably because it's never been explained to you in a way that works for your brain. People who have been immersed in tech their whole lives and people who watched it take over their world understand it differently. Training has to be geared to the level of tech immersion of the learner. Just by wanting to learn, you can be assured that your questions aren't "dumb questions". We'll never make you feel like you shouldn't have to be taught what you want to learn.

With our training, you'll get to learn what you need to know, and we'll make sure to find the way of communicating it that lets you remember it. We're in the business of making tech work for people. That's what we do here. It's not bounded by the end of appointments or classes. If learners have questions after training sessions or classes, we're prepared to answer them, whenever they're asked.
